Dr. Gary Kirkwood, Sr., is the founder and Senior Pastor of King's Temple Word & Worship Center, a
"Multi-Cultural" church located in Plainfield, New Jersey.   Dr. Kirkwood has been in ministry for over 30 years and pastoring King's Temple for over 27 years.

Dr. Kirkwood has set a mandate for King's Temple Ministries to serve the community by promoting the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.  He has set the tone of our ministry in a manner that is easy to comprehend, where all people are free to come and worship God and be instructed in the Word of Faith for the perfecting of the total man to glorify God.

Well established in the community, this business savvy entrepreneur has served on various banking boards, worked with community development initiatives, and is committed to advancing and improving the quality of life worldwide.  Dr. Kirkwood is the President and CEO of World Harvest Communications, Inc.  With over 20 years of broadcasting experience, Pastor Kirkwood had a vision of owning and operating his own radio station.

The vision became a reality in 2003 when WKMB was acquired.  Improving the quality of life for humanity is part of the mandate of this man of God.  Through this vision, WKMB is a tool to provide wholesome programming, focusing on education, finance, and wellness, with a strong community emphasis.  Dr. Kirkwood has earned his Master's Degree from Chesapeake Bible College and an honorary Doctorate degree in theology from Saint Thomas Christian College.
